Thoughts on replacement tires for 2007 335i Sedan with Sport and Premium?
I may be one of the few people who had good experiences with the stock Potenzas that came on my 335i. So good in fact, that not only did I not experience the multitude of problems with them that others faced, but I actually got 40k miles out of them.
So now, as it is time to replace them, the question is whether to replace them with four of the exact same spec, or whether there are some good substitutes that forum members can recommend? Any folks moved off of the OE? If so, what have people had success with? Mine are RFT, so if the recommendation is to move off RFT, how do I address not having a spare in the trunk. Thanks in advance, Red |

It's all about weight. In case you switch to non RFT's you can use 19 inch wheels behaving better than 18 inch & RFT's. Michelin PS2 seem to be unbeaten. Use a spare tire. I have one from a e46 330i (17 inch), it fits with a spacer.
