Take over my lease on my 2008 BMW 335i Sedan - Alpine White on Beige Leather.

Car is loaded with Navigation, Sport Package (18" Wheels), Auto, Cold Weather Package, Premium Package, Satellite Radio, and iPod/USB Adapter.

The lease started on 10/25/2008 and ends on 10/25/2011 (36 month lease), which means there are about 21 months remaining![/B]

The car currently has ~13,500 miles on it, and the lease is for 10k miles a year, so you'd have ~16,500 miles remaining, over 21 months.

The monthly payment is $565 a month, which INCLUDES a $30 tire and wheel warranty (unlimited, no-deductible replacement of any damaged wheel or tire -which is a major plus on the terrible tri-state area roads!).

All you have to pay is the $ fee to BMW Financial to transfer the lease. No down payment! <b The fee is $500, to be paid by you.

In addition to the car being fully loaded, it also has a JB+ installed, and has been scanned by BavTech and has no codes. This can be removed by me if you don't want it. Never had a HPFP issues yet either.

The car is in excellent exterior and interior condition, and has some very minor curb rash on the wheels. The car will have a fresh coat of wax applied before delivery.

High Level....I contact BMW Financial...get all the information, you fill out some paperwork... assuming they approve you after running credit, they send out some more papers, you pay the $500 transfer fee to BMW direct, sign and take delivery, and proceed in registering the car w/ insurance, ect, like any other car...

Bump... car is still available.. PM me if interested....This car is a great deal. No money down... just pay lease transfer fee. Basically fully loaded 335i sedan (no HD radio, no comfort access...) for $565 a month (or less if tax is less in your state..) which includes a tire and wheel warranty that includes unlimited claims with no deductible. A major plus for the crappy, prone to bubbles runflat tires....

I can call you if you like as well, just PM me with your number..

And yes, pics still coming. Once the snow stops tonight, I will wash it and post. But the car is stock, in excellent condition!

Lease incentive is... free JB+ and free snow tires mounted on wheels... total value if you sold that would be $500-700.... so that should be considered some incentive for sure..

Pics, i know i know... Attached pics are exactly what the car looks like.. color combo, wheels and all.. just not my car.. still have to get mine washed and pics posted. Tonight for sure, as the weather is finally clear...

Update.. just called BMWFS.... They said tax was capitalized in selling price of the car... so technically the tax was in full paid upfront. In terms of the new lessee paying tax, that is to be determined with the DMV in your state...

BUMP!

Pictures, finally.. took me long enough..

The small nicks in rear bumper can be seen, as well as a small scrape on lower front bumper. All acceptable at lease return without BMW charging you.
