to answer some general questions:

H7 is for flasher / day time running light.
Wheel well is for standard e90 front, both sides. Don't know if will fit mtech bumper?
If I find a torx to remove the airbag bracket, it's yours. People don't seem to care about it when they buy wheels.

These are regular bulbs. I'm trying to install HID H11 now so hopefully I won't need any halogen bulbs going forward

e break is regular black leather, not msport
