MTEC Angel Eye Installation?

I got my MTEC's recently in the mail. I was wondering if installing them is hard to do? I've read that there is a high probability of ruining the headlights because of the headlight housing's strong glue.

I'm excited to have them in and installed. I'm a quick learner and generally i'm pretty hands on, I just need a video or something as a guide for what i'm about to do.

Or is this something I should just pay someone to do?

What I don't know is:

A) How to remove the headlamp
B) Removing the headlamp housing
C) Placement of the new MTEC parts I got. Are they bulbs? What the hell are these? lol

pretty easy install just follow the DIY instructions
