Well i had a light come up out of nowhere i needed to service my brakes soon.

OKay, brought it in to the dealer to get serviced and while going there, low RPM heavy throttle in 4th or 5th gear, i get a limp mode, havent got one in a long time. shut car off and continue to dealer. didnt care much as to why, had JB3 installed on map 7.

They changed a brake sensor and thats all. It ran fine the rest of the day.

Today i start it up on am on the highway and i get a 'ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MALFUNCTION'

the ABS, treaction control and the speed and rpm jumped up and down. Everything lit up like a christmas tree.

It flashes and warns me about two times and then it goes away, then it comes back, goes away until finally a service engine soon light stays lit?

Anyone have any idea what this means?

Electrical system malfunction!!

Here is a pic i got, this is what came up on my screen. the ABS, DTC, service engine son, and all those lights came on, the rpm and speedo needels would jump up and down randomly.

It sounds to me that this issue was there before but the dealer didn't catch it.
I would go back.

okay small update.

Went to the car this morning and started it up, everything works okay, the service engine soon light is on but everything is okay

I disconnected the battery, removed the JB3 pnp and went to stock, started the car and the fan come on nice and loud. the service engine soon light was still on.

I shut the car off, turned it on again twice, and the service engine soon light went away, went for a drive and everything is okay!!!

So maybe it juss needed a battery reset?

I am gonna drive it stock for a while since i put about 80 miles after the dealer visit before this came up and see if i can reproduce it.
