I like the look of the led's in the door handles, and wanted to convert my interor to full LED's as well. I've ran into a problem however. I've swapped the footwell and courtesy lights for LED kits from JleviStreetworks, however I bought some LED lamps for the map and dome lights, and the colors don't match. The kit i got was qouted at 6000K, which is supposedly what the jlevi lights were, however the jlevi lights are pure white, whereas the LED's I got are more blue, closer to 6500-7000k.

Heres a sort of crappy shot to show what it looks like so far. In the front, you can still see the ambers that I haven't replaced, but if you look towards the footwell, you can see a whiter color...but in the back it's definately more blue.




Anyone know of a supplier that sells LED's that are closer to 5000-5500K?

In addition, I'm thinking of replacing the shifter lights, dash lights and instrument lights as well with LED bulbs, but not sure how many I'd need... has anyone removed their dash lights, and if so how hard is it to do?

IIRC, the lights behind the dash are not bulbs. They are actual single LEDs that needed to be removed and re-soldered back into the circuit.

Since you are local to us, you can swing by to see our LED interior bulbs in person. They are designed to be a pure xenon white so they should match the footwell lights. We will have them in a few weeks if you want to swing by then.

Check into the Euphoria 6k kits we carry. They're pure white and all the LEDs match with the OEM door handles
