ahh should've just ordered from a reputable vendor from e90post haha. there's a bunch of vendors who sell top quality matte black grills( jlevi, **********s, etc.) sorry to hear you received them broken =/

it looks like just one of the clips are broken right? if so did you try to even install them...it should be able to stay on your car with just one clip broken

Try contacting the vendor and see if they can work it out for you. Was the package insured? You might be able to file a damage claim for them.

easy to look up.. go to the SPONSORS section on the forum (group buys) you will find plenty that is associated with XXSpeed.com

The problem is one vendor who has nothing to do with the issue can lose business (PYSpeed and JBSpeed) when you mention XXspeed.com

Clarification and patience is necessary but I sincerely hope the issue will be resolved. Hang in there and repost once the issue is resolved so this way you give the vendor opportunity to rectify the situation. Leave the resolved issue for a few days so readers can know then close the post.
