Need help, CDV install (Irvine OC area)

is there a shop or a member in socal that does this for really cheap? I have the modified valve, but don't feel like doing it myself... probably screw it up, but I know it can be done pretty quickly.

I don't know about them but the few shops I called told me they had a minimum labor rate of a half hour or one hour. As long as you can jack the car up safely I say do it yourself there's really nothing you can mess up and if you're careful you don't even really need to bleed the clutch line.

On the other hand if you're fine with paying someone else $50-100 to do it, then go for it.

well....there are many on this forum in socal region that can vouch for their work. and since he's in irvine, bavx would be local and a logical place to go to.

I wasn't saying anything bad about the shop, I literally don't know anything about them. I was just saying that the shops I called quoted me between $50 and $100 to do it and I decided to just do it myself and it was incredibly easy.
