vinyl roof and snow

I would like to vinyl my roof gloss black, and possibly my mirror caps also. I am concerned how they would hold up in snow, and NY weather overall. I am also concerned about how it affects the paint under it after a certain amount of time. I have a montego blue e92, and my car is never garaged.
Does anybody know a place in NYC that can do it for a good price?

Don't know how it'd hold up honestly from personal experience, but it should be fine...
