Interior B Pillar Trim (seat belt cover) Removal

Anyone know how to remove this without breaking the clips? Trying to stop the rattles!!

I'd like to know this as well.

Does the plastic trim along the floor need to come out, and then the B pillar trim? Or is it possible to just pull out on the B pillar trim to remove it?
