Maintenence Schedule for low mileage 335i?
I am just wondering if/how the maintenence schedule changes if the car has low miles on it. I have an '07 and it only has around 4,700 miles on it. It is new to me so I am not sure how the maintenence schedule works. The oil/filter was changed in '08 and '09. The brake fluid was also changed in '09. What should I expect for the rest of the free maintence program if the miles continue to stay low?? Any info. is appreciated. Thanks!!

Brake fluid is every 2 years regardless of mileage so you should get one more of those. With low mileage you can still get the oil changed once per year so you can get it changed 2 more times I'm guessing. I believe they change the air filter every 3rd oil change but make sure to ask them about it on your next one just to make sure. I have a K&N air filter so I didn't ask and they didn't change it. Not sure about the microfilter, the countdown in the CBS seems too long to me but you can ask. Also, if your wiper blades are causing streaks/making noise you can ask that they be replaced.

One oil / filter change per year, regardless of miles driven. Brake fluid every two years, coolant every three years so you have one coming soon (I think, that was the E36 interval, may have changed and don't have my 335 manual handy), everything else as needed -- brakes, wipers, other fluids, etc.
