FS:2008 BMW 335 Sedan Lease take over

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
2008 Sparkling Graphite BMW Sedan. Dark Burl Walnut with Black Dakota Leather
Current Mileage is 8,900.
Car is driven only back and forth to work.
3 year lease with 2 years left at 10k per year. Given I only did 8000 in 1 year you will have about 11k per year.

EDIT: MONTHLY PAYMENT IS $499.19..

Sport Package, Steptronic Automatic with Paddle Shifters, Sunroof, Heated Seats, Logic 7 Surround Sound System w/13 speakers and 2 subs, BMW Assist, iPOD and USB Adapter

A few scratches in hood that can be buffed out. Rock caught me as I was trying to get around a tractor trailer. Pictures can be provided.

I got this to have as a toy and then bought something else I liked better as a toy and no longer need this car. I'll replace it with a truck to tow my other toy.

I am just looking to transfer lease. Only money involved is processing fee by BMW to do lease transfer. I can assist or get BMW to call you to set up credit app to take over lease.

EDIT: I don't know the tax issues however they would be your responsibilty along with any other cost..but, I think that would be normal. So $600 processing fee from BMW along any taxes, titling fees, inspections are your cost.

Please post up here or PM me. I can provide my e-mail for more discussion or phone number.

I'll have it detailed before you pick it up or provide you the money to get it detailed. Max $200.00.

EDIT: QUESTIONS
1) I have a few people ask but, to answer up front..I am not putting out any cash to incentive someone to take my car. I dropped $4k when I got it..and $499.19 over the last year. I can not pay you to take my car. I think the $4k down to get the payment where it is..which I lose only a year later..is enough. sorry..I just don't have the cash. If I did..the car would not be up for lease take over.

2) If you need more miles you can purchase them through BMW....it is available right on thier site.

3) Car is daily drive and has the minor blemishes mentioned above...other than that nothing..cleaned and garaged for 6 out of the 12 months I have had the car.

Thanks!

Nope...I listed everything on it above...I pulled the window sticker which I have for the new owner..along with the drawing of the car that BMW sends on it's one year anniversary..and anything BMW sent me about the car. It all goes with the car..
