Another "which wheel" thread.

[Image hijacked from WHUDAFXUP on e46fanatics]

Both wheels are the same price, both wheels come in the same sizes with about the same offset (both rears will need a spacer or I'll have to try to stuff the e46 M3 fitment in) and similar weights. Totally on the fence on how both look so I thought I'd do a "which wheel" thread to see what everybody thinks. Going on a sapphire black e90, will be lowered on eibach pro kit.

May just end up waiting till after SEMA to see if anything new gets announced though.

Choice #1:
Ray's ITC (pictured on e46 m3) 2pc cast.

Choice #2:
BBS CH

Choice #3:
Write-in, needs to be 19" and right around $2k.

Hmmm, between the Rays and the CH's, I would say it all comes down to lip or not. Otherwise, they look similair.

As for other rims, I have no idea, although I would guess you like the mesh look so for that, they all kinda look the same.

I'm not married to mesh, just married to the lightweight/cost balance. Only thing I can find around 2k that weight in at a reasonable 24-26lbs. By the time I get a set of DPEs, j-lines or iforges configured up the way I want my budget is blown by double. Rather spend the extra money on rubber and a bbk.

agree with what danny said. it depends if you like rims with lip or no lip. i personally am bored with lipped rims hence i put mine up for sale. i'll go with BBS CH
the advantage of not having a lip is its gonna make the rims look bigger and BBS CH with m3 fitment looks awesome especially for the rears, take a look at diesel007's ride. thats hotness
advantage of having the Rays ITC: i believe its 2pc hence it can be fixed. if the lip is damaged by curb rashes etc, it can be replaced. correct me if i'm wrong
hope this helps and please let us know which rims you decide to go with once you've made up your mind
