Sunglass Recommendations
I need to get some new shades before summer gets here and am trying to decide what to get. Anyone have any experiences (good or bad) with Mosley Tribes?

my personal favorites are chrome hearts, but only if you can stomach the price tag. my daily sunglasses are prada's at the moment. they have great optics and nice design. can't go wrong with ray ban's either.

I'll have to check into the hearts, never heard of em. I was trying to stay under $250. I have heard good things about Ray Bans. Anyone know how their warranty work is?

I've interned at a few optometrists offices. The thing about sunglasses is that the majority of the major brands are only made through a few companies which have licenses to produce the branded eye wear. The big stores like sunglass hut usually have stuff on sale. Also, your optometrists office should have some decent prices on them.
I'm currently happy with my Oliver Peoples Strummer and an uber cheap pair of Ralph Lauren glasses. |

I wear the mosely tribe enforcers / polarized. Pretty good pair of shades, dropped them a couple times on some rough surfaces and theres barely any visable scratches. Only problem is there a wee bit on the heavy side

Polarized Enforcers are what I was looking to get. They did feel a bit heavy. A local shop has them for 25% off but that's about the best deal I've seen.

What about Revo? They make some pretty nice sunglasses. If you have a Neiman Marcus Last Call (outlet) store nearby you should go check out the sunglasses there. You could score some nice ones for about 1/3 of the retail price. I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for but Neiman Marcus usually sells just the designer sunglasses and so not much the sports/performance kinds.
