It work with "Blackberry Stereo Gateway". It can be used with any phone supporting A2DP (stereo over Bluetooth) profile.

Very cool and completely original. Kudos. How did you get your phone to look like the old ipod? I'm jailbroken too on 3.1.3 BTW has anyone noticed that the OP's iDrive says AC Air (Climate in US) and Audio (Entertainment in US)? Or did you hack that too? haha

so where do I get that holder? did you trim anything besides the holes for the buttons? is it just epoxied onto the orignal switch panel?
