You Wanted To See A Dyno Of My Car??? **ENJOY**
Well, it is no secret that I have been posting a lot of reviews lately. I am working on the largest of the reviews/projects right now and I have the last piece of the puzzle for you to look at. I just got out of a dyno session and wanted to give you guys a little insight. The dyno was the last part of data that I needed for this review, so I am now officially writing it.
The only negative of the day was that I destroyed my clutch. When you look at the dyno, you will see where it spun. LOL. This was all done on JB3 2.0, 18 ohm board, 2.2 ohm fueling resistors, pump gas, and a 85/15 methanol mix on my Snow Performance Stage 3 kit. To say the least, JB3 2.0 gives simply unbelievable tuning flexibility. Notice how rock solid the dyno is with no humps or bumps anywhere, well other than the obvious toasted clutch. Unfortunately, I spun the clutch prtty bad obviously from 4200 - 4900 rpms. Take a look as the A/F ratios as well... rock solid from 12.5:1 at WOT to 11.5:1 at redline. Terry has been incredible in customer service and hit one out of the park with JB3 2.0. Second, I want to note that my car made 252 rwhp and 280 rwtq stock on a Mustang Dyno. These number are on the Mustang Dyno and I wanted you guys to enjoy. Outside of the obviously spun clutch, I made 487 rwhp and 478 rwtq on a Mustang Dyno. The car definitely has more, but not until a new clutch is installed. Look at the A/F ratios. Rock solid from 12.5:1 at the start of WOT to 11.6:1 at redline. That is a pretty nice gain over my 252 rwhp / 280 rwtq stock. It should be noted that to compare this with some of the dynojet numbers that average 272 rwhp stock, we should use a correction factor of +8%. That means multiply my numbers by 1.08 to compare them the Dynojet numbers. The "dynojet correction numbers" would be 526 rwhp and 516 rwtq using the 8% correction factor. Many more details in the coming week. Once I get the new clutch broken in, there will be more dyno runs as well. |

I said all will be disclosed in my next review. You guys know I don't do things without heavily documenting the entire process. This will be no different.

so you are saying there's something more than tune/ic/dp/intake/meth? ppl in general put down around 400 or little more with meth but your number doesn't add up for those mods unless you have something we don't know about... i guess i'll wait for another review as you said you are working on review to find out what that your secret mod is all about... great numbers btw...

He is spraying, there no other way to make power like that.
First he asks terry how to make it run richer Then he buys an elbow with 1/8 npt bungs when he already has a a dual nozzle charge pipe question is, how much spray? 30,50? |

I think he has a 50 shot of nitrous, if you look at the dyno where he mentions the clutch slipping is probably when he starts to spray and then the power just shoots up!

That hp/tq pop is exactly how a slipped clutch will show up as on a Mustang Dyno. I am sure many on here will verify that and I have witnesses that will verify that the clutch let go. The curves are very smooth and they connect very well on both ends of the slipped clutch.
