Your numbers are spot on based on 7% sales tax and no down payment. Doesn't sound too bad to me but $1,500.00 over invoice is a little much, try to get it to $500.00 to $1,000.00 over for a better deal

Everything looks pretty much accurate for the exception of the following:
1. MACO (Training Fee + Advertising Fee) = $480, not $180. 2. Confirm with the dealer that this is a car that has the pre January pricing... If it isn't then bump up the Delivery fee by $50 to $875, the MSRP to $40,600, and the Invoice to $37,350 |

Thanks a ton kgb and Dmitriy! I wanted to make sure my numbers weren't bogus...I'm going to talk to the CA this afternoon and I want to be prepared.
CA told me he wouldnt do the deal using the "buy rate" but he would work with me. I hope my base rate is close. I couldnt find the buy rate for Feb...so .00200 was a total guess on my part. Thoughts? |

I am unsure of the current rates which will be up to your CA to communicate to you. You obviously have the understanding of what you need to calculate the lease so when you talk to your CA, make sure he gives you the residual, the price used to calculate the residual, MF, and the Cap cost. Good luck!

Thanks again for your help.
I picked up the car yesterday. See sig for details. I worked the PPK and PE into the lease...hopefully that will be installed this coming week. I'll try to post up some pics when the weather clears here...

Tyler, could you let us know what you ended up paying per month for the car in your PDF? Were you far off your estimates?

Hi Tyler, could you explain how you came up with the residual amount, depreciation and interest calculations? I'm trying to copy your spreadsheet to figure out my lease too but I'm new to this. Thanks!
