Shaking car! Help Please!

I have a 06 325i sedan. This morning i started up and noticed the car shaking! Then it still began to shake while at low speeds. I didnt pass 45mph. I have 100,000 miles on it and the spark plug service light just came on yesterday. Could this problem be the plugs? or could it be more serious?
The service engine light did come on!... any feedback would help. thanks

Sounds like a bad coil pack to me, but I'm just guessing.'

I just went through that, its the Coil for sure, also it has to do with the sensors.... my sensors for the brakes and stuff would come on too randomly

It's one of your ignition coils or a few of them. Your car is having a miss fire and it's causing you car to shake(It's not running on six cylinders). The shaking will happen to any car regardless of brand or model when there is a missfire. Go to your dealership/ independant mechanic to find wich coil is bad and have it replaced along with your spark pulgs. You can do it your self if you have the right tools and diognostic equipment.

IIRC the E46 went though a rash of bad coils (replaced the ones on my ZHP). I think it was a Siemens problem and they were replaced with Bosch. It would be funny as hell to see it happen again.
