New turbos!
Well, Its time for turbos change on my 2007 E92; code thrown on GT1 - White fume - Siren noises ETC... Will post pics of old turbos whenever i got them changed with those new ones.
PS: I'm not under warranty anymore, i payed for those pair from my own pocket.

What code was thrown on GT1? I seem to have siren noises too as well. However it seems there are a good amount of users on this forum with siren noises and their car is running fine. On another note, do you have a tune in your car?

I forgot what's the code that was thrown on the GT1 but i remember it was something related with turbos failure, And yeah, high siren noises too - white fume, feeling my car is lagging much then before, and Nope I'm not running any tune, but I've got no mercy in driving.

there's not much experiences yet with any after market turbos, only some ppl did the upgrade, so I don't want to be with the bunch of ppl that they got tested with heh. So for now, i prefer to still on stock with the turbos until there's some good feedbacks about some good after market turbos!

If those are brand new I'd be inclined to return. It appears they have the 6mm wastegate arm lever, which means older style gates that are prone to rattle and failure. If I was buying brand new... I'd definitely want the latest and greatest design.

Yep, very reasonable. I'm assuming they didn't come straight from BMW. They likely sold these older designs off to a secondary market.

As i said, they're new, never been on a car, but they are just with an old built date nothing else.

$1000USD for new ones isn't bad. I'd say you got a good deal. I have a used set sitting in my garage from eBay I bought for $250, but new is they way to go unless you are rebuilding them.
