?? about lease rate when ordering

I might be ordering the car and now with the sedan lease rate so low when the car comes in say about 2 months from now do i get that same rate if we agreed to it when i order the car. I think i do but just want to make sure! plus if it goes lower I know you can work that out also. but i am just worried if they go up

If you're placing the order this month and you submit a credit app, you can lock in the rate and it will be good for 60 days from the end of this monthe,which would mean the end of January,if the rate drops lower next month,you will get that rate,if it goes higher, you're protected.......

have the lease rates ever been lower than the .00175 coupe and .00150 sedan? I'm thinking about doing an Euro Delivery in the Spring but the lease rates seem pretty low right now, I'm not sure if it could get any better.
