Dent on my front bumper

I have this dent on my E90 front bumper and I was wondering if there's a way I can fix it myself?

Rubber mallet and prayer!

you should be able to get behind there and pop it out. I did it on my friend front fender and it came out 90%. i just used my hand, but you might be able to get a rubber mallet in there with some force
