Can anyone confirm if the AE will fit the XI?

I have a 2008 335XI Coupe and I am interested in the AE downpipe back exhaust system. Does anyone have an XI with this exhaust installed on their car? Did it bolt right up or need modifications? I looked on the boards, but no one confirmed for sure!
