that GrandPrix auto place looks like it has some pretty decent pricing for the wash and wax detailing package... Have you tried them before? do they do a good job at it?

Talk to Ron or Felix. I'm sure they could help you with your stone chip problems. They did an amazing job restoring an 8" long and deep scratch on my Blk335i. Save yourself some time and cash buying different kinds of DIY products that barely repairs the problem. The quality of workmanship was great and value was even better. Good luck!

They wanted $225 to fix a stone chip that didn't even break the primer. Way over priced IMHO.

$225 REALLY?... I guess your stone chip problem is worse than my scratch. It cost me $60 for them to fix my 8" scratch. They wet sanded the area, waxed and buffed it 3 to 4 times. I'm satisfied with their workmanship. How much did the other shops quote you?

I just called them and that's the quote I got over the phone. I have not called around for any other quotes as of yet. I was just curious as to the cost so I called up chip master after seeing this thread. The chip is very minor and broke the top layer of paint, primer is still 100% intact. I probably will either touch it up manually or leave it.

it should be a lot less than 225. i damaged my front bumper over the winter as my car is really low and they quoted me only 135 for doing that. I would go in and let them look at it.
