There would only be holes on the gas pedal. For the dead pedal you can remove the OEM black plastic cover and for the break you can remove the OEM rubber cover.

or screw over the dead pedal and gas pedal like me

I took mine off and it's not too noticeable

for the brake, you put the rubber thing back on anyways...

I had a friend of mine use strong adhesive and after a few months, it's still stuck.
He didn't have to drill anything :P
