hey guys i want to paint my spoiler, and i want it done right. but also, i dont want to spend an arm and a leg for painting a spoiler. does any1 know of a good paint shop that isnt too expensive in the OC/LA area?

how about something other than LTBMW, i think there should be more than one auto- response on the forum, not everyone wants to drive all that way for a simple paint job.

I'd say LTBMW just based on my experience whatever the shop painted for me (front/rear bumper, trunk, also my bros mtech bumper, mtech side skirts) matched 100% with original paint.

Long is def great, he shares the same enthusiasm as most of us do and he'll do things right. But if one prefers to stay in OC, I'd recommend A-One Auto Body in Huntington Beach; Wayne and his guys do great job too. The problem is unless he knows you he doesnt really answer calls hahah, so if you dont like talking to answer machine it might be easier to just stop by in person.

I agree, but this cannot be avoided it seems.

There are plenty of competent and BETTER paint people out there. Long Tran sends off the parts to a local body shop in his area, he does not do it himself, he is the middle man. Middle man involved=consumer paying more in the end.

Last time I purchased 2 painted pieces from Long, the parts didn't match and had clear coat drip all over. Nothing was done to remedy the problem, so I took care of it myself.

you still have something against me? Like i've told you over the pm, I had no idea you had an issue. i thought we sort it all out? i guess not. All the work i do is gauranteed.

Malek is right ,I do not paint the stuff. I take it to a shop that I have been working with for the past 4 years.

I just personally wasn't happy with the product I got.
