tiny bumper holes - need advice

So i'm in the process of painting some bumper plugs for the holes where my front plate used to be and i noticed that there are two tiny holes from where it looks like the screws holding the plate on to the frame were screwed in too tight. Can anyone recommend the best/easiest way to touch up the holes?

I have some touch up paint so i'm not sure if there's a way to stick some putty or something in the holes and then paint over it or if there's a better way to handle it. Apologies for the crappy picture taken with my phone but it's the best i can do for now.

have the same problem, try dabbing the touch up paint drying and re applying till it fills either that or get some bondo and sand lightly

that method seems to be working fairly well. i'm trying to learn more about doing little pain touch-ups (stone chips, scratches, etc.) so i'll probably just get it looking ok for now and then in the near future look in to better techniques like wet sanding and polishing.

i've read a lot about wet sanding and polishing over the last few days. from what i've seen it looks like the process is touch up paint->wet sand->medium polish->fine polish. can anyone recommend a good set of products for medium and fine polishing (including polishing pads)?

yeah i have bumper plugs to fill the drill holes left by the license plate holder. these were smaller pin-prick type holes caused by the screws holding the actual license plate on the plate holder and were digging in to my bumper.
