newbie here, I have a SERVICE light

well, I change the oil myself three weeks ago and I have 4000 km left to go for servicing and I have an service light....do I have to go to a dealer to get it reset.or any reputable shop will do. I'll be in vancouver in the middle of the month. how much will it cost me....I heard there is a shop in Bridgeport, burnaby and langley......thank you in advance for helping.....

In Vancouver you have two in town to choose from - Brian Jessel and The BWM Store. I don't know what a reset would cost, I have the 4 year maintenance deal so I should have to worry about that for a while

diy service light

thank you so much daricksta81 for the diy info.......you save me from driving my car down to vancouver.....didn't really want to due to road condition..not to mention it's an 20 hour drive..its currently snowing up here in prince rupert bc.....cause that's the only reason for me to drive down to vancouver is have the service light reset.......anyhow I successfully reset the service light thanks to you am good for another 27000 kms.....
