Ok, this is my first time taking my car there for service and it's horrible. My adviser is some #$@# named Nick Giordano. So I dropped off my car yesterday morning at 9 AM (with an appointment from the day before). He tells me that they're gonna run diagnostics and give me an update by today. So he doesn't call me. I e-mail him and he tells me that he hasn't even started on my car yet...

That is not the only reason why I'm so frustrated. I e-mail him asking for some more information and if he can give me a loaner car. He doesn't even respond.

Anyone else have experience with Life Quality BMW? Or knows of an adviser that actually does their job?

Ok so this is the 3rd day my car stayed at BMW , and they're closed tomorrow and sunday. I STILL haven't got a call from the guy, he probably still hasn't started on it. I'll contact him later during the day.

Why would you ever bring your car to Life Quality service? I wouldn't go there if my car broke down in front of their service shop.

Only go to Paul Miller, Park Ave, or Rallye.

wow i was actually considering buying a CPO from them... I have heard goo things abt the SA Andy Tse though.

too late now. and it was my first time bring the car in for service. i don't know if everyone there were such asses or if it was just that one guy Nick.

Since they don't open on Sat/Sun I would assume they'd give me an update by Friday on what's going on since I dropped the car off Wednesday morning. I e-mailed him and got NO response from him. never going back there again.

stay away from life quality dude. my friend bought one from there and told me he received horrible service.

Andy Tse is a good guy, and from a sales perspective they are very decent - I am very friendly with the owner of Life Quality. But from a service dept perspective, they are awful.
