daytime lights in Canada?

does anyone know where i can program my angel eyes to be on instead of the daytime lights.

ive called BMW dealership and they said it is illegal which i understand

is there any places that can do it in the Greater Vancouver region/ Fraser Valley.?

I think JleviSW sells a bypass kit but you have to splice into your harness which I don't want to do. Just search for it.

ive talked to him about that harness before but i still need a place to reprogram the lights apparently..

seeing if anyone has done it around vancouver.. or anywhere in BC
