Need help identifying a cat-back exhaust

Sorry for the bad camera pic, took it last night. It does not have any badge or make/model on any of the pipes or muffler. I think I put the "X" looking pipe backwards, but i'm trying to find out what car it belongs too. Picked up from a friend of a friend, she said definately it's for a BMW...possibly E46?

I picked it up thinking I can somehow make it work on my e93, but if it doesn't work, i'll probably try sell it and buy the right system.
I still need to find out exactly what car it's for tho..

Mufflers look like they are spaced out too far apart to be for an m3.

Looks to be maybe a E60 M5. Here a google search of M5 exhausts that I came up with a close match, note the hangers.
