Exhaust Valve + E-race Exhaust
I have the e-race and want to know if it would help quit things down to install the valve on the driver side muffler like the OEM exhaust has?
The mufflers have a pipe that connects both mufflers so if one is closed, it could be easily re-routed to the passenger side. What I'm asking is, will it help quit things down or affect anything?

The thing I want to be able to control if I want it louder ie glof tee mod and have quieter while cruising. I don't want to make it quiter 100% of the time.

I'm 80% sure I will do it, just because I want to see if it makes any difference in the sound.
Just wondering if anyone has done this? Kind of like the Kriesegg(sp?) exhausts with the valve that can change the tone drastically. Something like this, but the M3 has flaps on both mufflers IIRC: [u2b]object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/pTChazl5emo&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/pTChazl5emo&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object[/u2b]
