Something went wrong...HELP!

I was doing a pull last night and something went wrong...

The diverter valves join a wider piping, this then leads to a metal thing (?), well it is at this joining where it came loose. I have joined them again but it still seems loose, how does it hold in place?

It's held on by a C-clip. Need to pull that clip up a little and make sure that pipe gets pushed up and then snap the clip back down

Yes it will unless you take out that pipe and really clean off the oil residue....It needs to be 100% clean of oil on the attachment between the throttle body and the charge pipe...After you clean it out re-attach the connection and get yourself a oil catch can to help eliminate this from happening...
