Pothole pounding remedy
I found a something that lessens that crushing thud that happens when these cars hit bumps. I inserted rubber coil boosters on the coils. I was worried that it would raise the front too much. The raise if any is negligible. My wife's been driving the car all week and said it never rode so smooth. I thought it was worth the 15 bucks to try.

Let us know how they hold up. I solved my problem by ditching the run-flats.

it says 4 per set, so don't you need 2 sets to do all 4? also, where do you insert them? middle of the spring or toward the top or bottom?

Hmm that looks interesting. Keep us updated. I'm debating whether or not to get V1's. I have an XI and the ride quality where I am is bad enough. I know getting rid of my runflats will help but I don't want to get new rims (I want matte black V710's) and mess them up. I want to see how a new suspension setup will feel on my car first so I can get used to the drop and experiment with my stock rims. I use my car as a daily driver, as most of you do, but I'm constantly on the road between NJ, PA, and NYC. The roads here are horrible because the government doesn't invest enough money into the roads so they won't deteriorate with fluctuation weather conditions. Can some of you tri-state members chime in on ride quality with a drop? Do you ever bottom out when going over bad potholes? If so how low are sitting? OP, sorry for jacking your thread.
