how to remove E90 rear seats w/o fold down.
i juswt got a new intake for my car and i disconnected the battery to reset the computer. but then i closed the trunk. oops. now i cannot get into the trunk to reconect the battery so my friend told me that i had to remove the rear seats. anyone know how?

I dont think you need to go to that extremem. Just pop the key out of the fob and open the trunk using the keyhole. The trunk keyhole is located to the right of the trunk handle/latch release.

You made the same mistake as I did when I installed my intake
![]() Yea, just pop the trunk with your keys like old style.

the key has to open the door no matter if there is any power....kinda stupid for bmw not to allow you to open your car door if your battery is dead
