Upgraded Sound System
Ok guys I need a little bit of clarification.. As you can see I bought a 323 M Sports with extras like i-drive and business bluetooth but didn't option a sound system upgrade like logic-7.. however that being said i've had some work done on my car at the dealership and they've given me 320i executive loan cars... and to be honest the sound of the stereo with the same setting I have my 323 set to is no-where near as good as the 323, even thought according to BMW's specs the sound system should be the same.
Is the sound system on an M sport package ugraded or did I just luck out and should shut up about it? Cheers. |

Thats weird because it should be the same. Possibly since the car is loaner ppl before you might have full blasted the system and that probably has damaged the speakers quality.

I thought that may have been the case however I've been given at least 3 different loan cars and their stereo system all sounded the same..

I think you'll find they are all the same. I assume you don't have the 10 speaker set up?
I optioned that and find it considerably better than the standard speakers BUT you need to crank it up to get the benefit. Assuming the bass/treble settings were the same on both cars, then I have to say the problem lies with the speakers themselves having a problem as speakers aren't perfect and can develop issues. |
