Hey guys,
How's it going? I will be relocating to Hong Kong in the near future (I am from Vancouver). And I have a few questions about BMWs if you guys can help. I saw from the bmwhk site that the cars are quite expensive from some tax. So I was going to purchase a 2nd hand BMw. But I find that there aren't that many 2nd hand cars with the sports package. Why is that? And how hard is it to "add one on" later? If you guys can help that would be great. Also how do I inspect the 2nd hand cars in Hong Kong? Thanks lex |

sport package do you mean the whole package with suspension / steering etc or just the bodykit
its rare to add the sport package in HK cus the sport package cost like 60k or more? thats why the most you see would be just the m sport aero kit. and with the money you thinking of paying for the sport package, you could get yourself a nice set of coilovers and rims already!so there is not much point buying the sport package in HK |

I just looked at the price list for the 3 series... the M sport package is 60,000... and it's a 'taxable accessory'...
do I have to pay tax if I just purchase the accessory? |
