Quick question about CPO warranty

I am looking at a CPO 325i (2006), however it is at a dealer that is about 100 miles away, in other words too far away to take for service or any potential warranty claims. While it seems like I would be able to take it in to any BMW dealer (such as the one that is a few miles from my house), I can't find anything on the BMW CPO website that says so. Is this in fact the case?

Yes, it is in fact the case.

I believe you can take your CPO car to any BMW dealership for repairs under the warranty.
