OEM Wheel Locks + Wheel Spacers?

Quick question.
I bought wheel locks from bmw when I bought my car (I live in a really sketchy area). Can I buy 15mm wheel spacers and still use my wheel locks?

you have to use different wheel locks, they're not expensive though

You must get longer locks. Don't even try using the OEM locks.. the length is not even close.

Yes you must get longer locks. Your OEM bolts shank length is 26mm long. A 15mm spacer means you require a 41mm shank length lock bolt. RAD makes some, however not in anything close to 41mm. Sure they make a 42mm, but that's too long. You want the cone of the wheel lock to sit flush rather than a little loose. If you want, go with a 12mm spacer and you can use the 36mm one. Yes it's 2mm shorter, but that will work fine. I hope this helps.

btw I have 12mm spacers and 36mm wheel locks. No issues.

I use 15mm spacers with 42mm RAD locks and they work fine... I was able to torque it to spec. I don't think that extra 1mm will cause it to sit loose.. there's probably still some more room in there.

How long have you had them on for?

Thanks for the info! How are you liking the 12mm? How noticeable of a difference is it from stock?

Personally I like the aggressive bulldog stance look the 12mm spacers gives my car. I have 12mm front and back, however I'm not running stock wheels. I'm running 245/30/20 in the front and 285/25/20 in the rear and yes the rears rubbed like crazy over bumps with the spacers back there. I had to flare and shave the fenders a little bit so it would stop rubbing.
