Changing trim

Has anyone ever tried changing the trim in an e92 (or an e90 for that metter)? I wanna change my ugly looking alum trim to high gloss black and wondered how complicated the job would be.

any info would me much appreciated

Yeah, I'm interested in knowing the same thing, but I don't think the alum trip is ugly.

I think the OP was asking about the interior trim, not the exterior window trim.

I'm intrested in changing mine from Dark Burl walnut to aluminum. How hard is this to do?

Would the $600 cover the cost and the labor?
