Hey guys im new to the forum just purchased my 07 e92...I have done alot of searching but i haven't found anything. Where is the best place to buy the OEM front lip? I have seen some online but i want to buy it already painted...I haven't seen them for sale already painted anywhere. Do you have to go to the BMW dealership to get them? If so about how much do they run. Thanks for your help.

if you need OEM go with tischer or longtran. i got a great deal from JBSPEED for the front lip painted so you should try PMing him although it's not OEM

You can also buy reps and save you some $$. I recommend JBSPEED, or JLevi.

Can't go wrong with Long or Tischer though, but you pay a premium.

Not really. OEM just has a small BMW logo on the inside of the lip (which you'll never see anyway) and grooves for the 3M tape.

I recently just helped a friend install his lip from JBSPEED. Fitment was pretty much perfect, just like my OEM lip.

Of course there's always a chance of fitment issues/ poor quality. If you don't want the potential headache then buy OEM. Make sure to do your research beforehand.

That said, I would have no problem buying from JBSPEED if I was to do it over again and save a couple bucks in the process.

For the aerolip there's pretty much no difference between OEM and JBSPEED
's. I would save a couple bucks and go with JBSPEED.
It's a different story for bumpers but not aerolips.

couldn't really tell from the website..but is the jbspeed painted? saw it up for $450...is that the painted price?

yes it comes painted. it took about a week to get here and was packaged very well. prob. gonna install tomorrow so i'll let you know.
