lowering springs review for uk

With out Uk roads being so bad what are the general thoughts on lowering springs.

What springs will not comprimise the smoothness of my 335i? and what are most other people using?

Thanks

James

Eibach pro springs and Koni Yellow adjustable shocks on my 335i. The height of the car is spot on, and the ride comfort is adjustable. I initially had my shocks adjusted to mid hard /soft - but this was too harsh. I have recently adjusted to 1/4 turn from full soft (they are 2 full turns from full hard to full soft) and the ride quality is excellent.

Eibach pro springs are the closest to OEM spring rate of all aftermarket spring setups available.

I am very happy with my setup - best bang for buck suspension setup imo (if you want to go lower than stock).
