Best price for this 335i?

2009 335i Coupe:

SG/Black
6spd
Premium
Navi
Comfort Access
PDC
Active Steering

It has 10,351 miles and listed for 39,880. It was owned by BMW Corporate, has a "Corporate Vehicle". In service date of 4/23/2009

What do you guys think is a good price? Its already had its HPFP replaced once. Is the new HPFP thats out better..?

(I'm assuming this is a CPO?) I would say that's a pretty good price considering the year and mileage. I've been looking around lately as well at 07s mainly (xi version though) and it seems that the average price with all of the options you listed was about ~34,500.00 with ~30,000+ miles. So seeing as this car is an 09, only has 10,000 miles and has all those features I would say that if you can get the price down to ~38,500 you would have a good deal. Keep in mind that I have only been researching for a few weeks now.

07's are auctioning around $20-25k. $35k is ridiculous for an 07.

I was only going by price for CPO from cars.com, but that is good to know.

Most people on here will give you the absolute lowball of prices of these cars. Most people who are going to buy that car will simply get a few thousand off that $35k and then buy it, you should be able to get at least a few thousand off or offer them what you think you'd pay, if they say no and it sits for awhile they may be more inclined work with you.
