fixing carbon fibre mirror cover?

Is there any way to fix a stone chip on my carbon fibre mirror covers? The clearcoat seems to have cracked down to the carbon fibre and was wondering if this can be somehow sanded down and clearcoated again?

no quick fix for this? no epoxy resin experts here? =(
