Dose anyone have this problem with their e90 when i press my brake all the way down dosen't matter soft or hard press also long is all the way down,once i let go the brake the car won't move a 2-3 sec. if i press the gas to go the car will push to go very hard if i wait for the brake to release than go than won't have this problem,not sure if u guys understand what i'm talking about.i call the local bmw dealer service they say is normal

I know its on manuals so you don't roll backwards.... mines a step and i feel like it still does it which doesn't make a ton of sense IMO...

Its hill assist, so u don't roll back on hills when u come to a stop. It depends on the slope and the amount you push on your brake for it to activate.
