Finally Installed MTECs: Uneven Illumination? HELP/ADVICE PLEASE!

So I installed my MTEC's after 3 months of procrastination and here they are. They look beautiful except that the front right Angel Eyes look a bit unevenly illuminated.

Especially the right-most halo. Did I receive a defective bulb or is my fitment loose? I'm a bit disappointed they look like this as they look poorly installed or like a bad product or something. Don't get me wrong, I love the hyper-white look these give, i'm just sad that one of the three halos is noticibly less bright than the others :/

Can someone give me some insight?

I know they look fine but when you look at them, all of them look bright and solid except the front right, right, right? lol

It seems like one of the two LED chips are not illuminating at full power, so yes it could be quite possible. The only way to find out for sure is to check the unit itself (while on).

Also, did you have any other LED angel eye prior to this?

Thank you for your swift response Mike, no I did not have any other angels before, I went from stock to these.

Update: The seller that I purchased these from is helping me and even support from Mike are helping me with the warranty situation. Thank you Mike and thank you seller!

Are you sure the light tube to that angel eye is sitting properly? This happened to me when I first installed my lux4.0s. You should check both light tubes in the angel eye housing, push the light tube end towards the front of the car if it moves forward then you know your problem. Don't know if it makes much sense right now but once you see for yourself you'll understand.

If the LED chips are touched prior/during the install it can lead to premature failure. Same applies with halogen and HID bulbs

I'm pretty sure it's sitting fine though of course it doesn't hurt to check... I did snap these photos so maybe you can tell if I may have accidently loosened those light tubes you're talking about...

These are left and right light housing for comparison.

I'm pretty tech savvy so I understand that the oils in human finger prints can burn out the bulbs of the LEDs, I am certain I made sure to not touch them during installation. Perhaps I accidently did but as far as I know, I made a mental note to definitely not touch the LED's. The LED's are recessed anyway so you'd really have to make an effort to touch them haha

looks very similar to how my install went the first time around. Get into the housing you might have moved it without knowing I know it happened to me as well.

most likely u didnt screw one side in all the way. I did the same thing with my mtech 3 bright and one dim. It wasnt pushed in all the way. I didnt screw it in properly. Just push in the side that is dim and you will see it get brighter then u can just screw it in securely
