Non contract wireless trackers

I need a covert tracker to keep an eye on one of our vans has anyone had any experience with them, I have been looking at ones on ebay see link below

Ideally want one without contract as its not a permanant thing.

check the law side of things if you are using it to check up on a lazy employee. I swear a few years back i read somewhere that if you we using GPS to track company vehicles, you had to inform the driver....

If the van driver has a GPS enabled company mobile, THIS SITE may offer a simple solution to you.

All you need is the phone number and IMEI.
