Side skirt rattle solved, really.
The woofer metal enclosure that is be hide the side skirts are supposed to be sealed, but my discovery found that not to be true. I took my side skirts off then played a bassy song, I felt a hella amount of air escaping from where two pieces of metal meet. It was blowing directly on the side skirts. This is the main source of our rattling. In the picture below you can see black material. That is where air was leaking from. I sealed up the leaks using a sealant. Also, underneath the enclosure there are about 4 or 5 other holes in the enclosure which was leaking air. Finally, the plastic bolts that hold the side skirts on have holes that go into the enclosure. When I played a bassy song I could feel air and vibration coming from those plastic bolts. I took some peel and seal, and I coated the plastic bolts. See pictures. I put some extra black sticky stuff on the center to get a good seal. My side skirt rattle is gone. There is no need to put sound deading material on the side skirts. Enjoy.
