Letter Complaint Gurus Plz Help
Hi, Im plannin to write a complaint letter to Autowest BMW, asking them to waive 1 month lease ( even tho i only have 2 months left). Reason was because they basically kept my car for over 1 month due to a bunch of oil leaks and turbo defects and gave me a corolla and then a 328. I'm wondering who I should give this letter to, or who I should address it to, maybe the lease manager? And if anybody got tips on how to make the letter more effective, plzzzz chime in cuz im a real novice. Any help would be great. Thanks

Deal ONLY with BMW Canada on this one. My BMW was in the shop for 5 weeks and after many complaints and a whole lot of wasted time talking to A number of pompous a-holes I finally got 1 month covered. Hopefully you won't have to jump through as many flaming hoops as I had to.
