Switching instrument clusters?

So Im a Canadian with a Canadian 07 e90. I have no idea why BMW did this but the Canadian spec speedometer only reads KM/H. This is rather annoying as I go to school in the states and also plan on moving there with the car. Im not sure if Im in the right section but Im wondering if anyone has swapped over just the speedometer circular gauge over to the US spec one which has both MPH and KM/H? Also wondering if anyone knows if the dealership will do it and how much they charge? I realize it may cost a silly amount of money to do but voiding my warranty is not an option.

What are your thoughts on the matter, any info is welcome?

You can't turn your day time running lights off either.

Do a little research. You can probably do it yourself fairly easily and cheaply. There was a member here a while ago that was doing all kinds of cluster mods. Try searching around a bit...

I know what your asking. I'm pretty sure BMW doesn't sell just the gauge face by itself. Try talking to MuchMoore or JoshuaWong1989 about finding cluster parts. Actually, you may be able to find somebody that wants to swap US spec face for Euro spec. I've taken my cluster apart a few times. Its not brain surgery, but not for the faint of heart.

btw you can switch out the entire cluster, but it will require coding and isn't cost effective. As far as I know, very few people are capable of doing this.

I think there was a way to code speed onto the cluster display.
