Need Help on CPO 335i Convertible

What is a good price to pay for:

2007 335i Convertible
White/Beige
Auto/Paddles
Navigation
Premium
Sport
Comfort Access
Ipod

49k miles CPO

Any thoughts on the price? This car is at a local Bay Area dealer and they are asking $38,900....

ive gotten two dealers to come down 4k on two seperate CPO 335s. since its CPO it should come with a carfax. you can find out when it was certified and listed for sale. if its been for sale more than a month they will definately want to deal...trust me

thanks for the advice...the car was certified on 3/1/2010 so its been on the lot for nearly 2.5 months...is $35-$36k a fair offer on it?
